The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and organised Warehouse Associate to become an integral part of our operations team. This is your chance to play a vital role in ensuring our world-class diagnostic products reach the right hands, at the right time, every time.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing dispatch and packing of products accurately and on schedule
- Coordinating incoming deliveries and liaising with drivers to ensure seamless handovers
- Overseeing specialist stock including dry ice and temperature-sensitive materials
- Maintaining quality standards in line with ISO 9000/cGMP requirements
- Conducting regular stock counts and replenishing departmental supplies
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly
- Ensuring safe disposal of waste and expired goods in line with company practices
What We're Looking For
You're a hands-on, proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring:
- Education: GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science (or equivalent)
- Experience: 1+ year in a warehouse or similar operational environment
- Tech Skills: Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and operational databases
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of warehouse functions, stock control, and dispatch processes
- Attributes: Strong organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and a flexible, can-do attitude
- Desirable: Fork Truck Licence is an advantage!
