Job Overview
We are seeking ideally an experienced and dynamic Subway Team Leader/Supervisor to work as part of our team, assisting with daily operations within our busy hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for Subway, and a solid background in a fast paced food environment. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality, and maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise in the absence of store management, to ensure smooth daily operations and key store tasks.
- Oversee food preparation, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all areas.
- Motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor customer service levels, addressing any issues promptly to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Maintain organisation within the store, ensuring cleanliness and safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with management on stock control, and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within a fast paced food service restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production.
- Experience in team management and leadership roles within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with Subway operations, including serving and hospitality services.
- Previous experience in roles in Subway is advantageous but not essential.
- A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
