We’re seeking one Full-Time, enthusiastic Deli Assistant/Barista to join our team and help bring the best Pastel de Nata in the country from our award-winning Portuguese recipe, and our artisan Iberian deli produce, to our customers.
We’re passionate about the quality of our products, and are looking for people with a similar love and enthusiasm for top quality food. A passion for incredible food is a must, and barista experience in a busy, fast-paced environment is desirable.
The role will involve working across both our Glasgow West End and Glasgow City Centre branches.
Starting salary £27,976 plus company benefits & NO zero hours contracts.
40 hours per week, including paid breaks.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate a passion for gourmet food, and the confidence to share that passion with customers.
- Be highly presentable and comfortable in a customer facing role.
- Ideally have Barista/Food Service/Retail experience, though full training will be given.
- Be dependable, punctual, hardworking and cheerful – this is a very fast-paced, full-on environment, and strong teamworking is essential.
- Be prepared to work weekends - weekend days off are rotated.
- Be keen to progress their career and take on more responsibility as opportunities present.
- Be available to start MONDAY 24TH AUGUST 2026.
