Join Hampshire’s Highways team and play a key role in maintaining and improving over 8,000km of highways across one of the UK’s most beautiful counties. This is a diverse and rewarding position where no two days are the same.
Working alongside Highway Engineers, you’ll provide technical support to help deliver Hampshire’s Highways Maintenance Service. Your responsibilities will include carrying out highway inspections, identifying and helping resolve maintenance issues, raising works orders, conducting site audits and working closely with our service delivery partners to ensure high standards are achieved.
You’ll also have the opportunity to support the development of junior colleagues through training and mentoring, making this an excellent role for someone who enjoys sharing their knowledge and helping others succeed.
