*Caravan & Motorhome Engineer*
TCM Caravan & Motorhome Service Centre have a fantastic opportunity for a Qualified and Experienced Service Technician to join our small but growing business. The successful candidate should have previous experience in the motorhome and caravan service industry with the ability to work on all aspects of caravans and motorhomes. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently under pressure and remain positive and professional at all times.
Our workshop is based in Westerton Industrial Estate near Bishop Auckland but a full UK driving licence is essential for this position with a desired C1 licence as you will predominantly be carrying out mobile servicing and repairs. Honesty reliability and a great work ethic will be rewarded by an attractive salary package.
*Everyday jobs will include: *
* Caravan and motorhome servicing
* Fault finding and repairs
* Managing customers expectations
* Processing paperwork
* Carrying out emergency call out work on caravan and storage sites.
* Gas Repairs and installation
* 12v and 240 volt repairs and installation
* Heating system diagnosis and repairs
* Fitting accessories: Bike Racks, Awnings, TV aerials and Solar Panels, Satalite systems etc
* Electrical diagnosis and repairs
* Damp repairs (at workshop)
* Caravan and Motorhome washing
* Pre Purchase inspections

*Hours of work*:
Full time. Flexibility will be required to suit busy periods of the season. 30 days holiday per annum including bank holidays. Monday to Friday 08:30 -17.30 possability of Saturday morning overtime during busy periods
