An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Supported Internship Programmes, which are currently delivered in partnership with Whitbread (Premier Inn) and ASDA (Swinton). We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Job Coach to support young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in gaining real-world work experience and preparing for employment. Based within a Premier Inn hotel or ASDA supermarket, you will support interns as they learn the practical skills required for future employment roles within the business as they gain valuable, hands-on experience in a working environment
