As a Band 5 Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, safe, and compassionate care to our patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that patient needs are met effectively and holistically. You’ll be joining a large team across the two GOSH Respiratory Wards (Leopard and Kangaroo), which focuses on children and young people requiring respiratory medicine acutely and chronically. It has 23 beds, including a high-dependency unit (HDU), dedicated beds for children and young people with cystic fibrosis and transitional care beds for long term ventilated children and young people. You work will help maintain excellent patient outcomes and a positive, supportive ward culture.
