Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer – Commercial
Essex / Home Counties / Central London
£16–£20 per hour + overtime (OTE £40k–£55k) + van
We’re recruiting an experienced Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join our commercial service team. All work is commercial, across Essex, the Home Counties and Central London.
This role offers strong earning potential, paid door-to-door travel, and a realistic call-out rota with standby allowance.
Systems worked on include:
- Air conditioning systems
- AHUs and ventilation plant
- Chillers and ASHPs
What we offer:

What we’re looking for:
- Commercial Air Conditioning and Ventilation maintenance experience
- Full F-Gas qualification
