We are looking for a friendly, passionate and enthusiastic Team Leader/supervisor to join our BAE COFFEE team.
This role involves leading and supporting a small team to ensure exceptional customer service is being received.
The duties will include:
Leading the team
Managing staff breaks
Stock control
Dealing with customer satisfaction
Managing refunds
Cashing up
Opening & locking up the premises
Serving customers
Making hot/cold beverages
Involved in menu planning/new drink ideas
Previous experience working in hospitality is required.
Experience in managing people and motivating a small team is essential.
Preferably barista trained.
Full time/Part time availability
Including weekends on a rota basis.
