Summary of Position
The job role is to provide exceptional service to both customers and third parties in order to support the future development and success of Baby Squids. Initially a cover role which could grow into more hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a Baby Squid Ambassador at all times
- Communicate Honestly with Parents & Carers
- Be Approachable to listen to any concerns, receptive to feedback, & diligent in follow up
- Lease with suppliers where necessary
- Planning Lessons that are Exciting and enjoyable for all
- Teaching classes in a safe and Positive manner
- Ensure children are Progressing in their development each term
- Self-managing – working autonomously in a professional and conscientious way, keeping good time management
- Carry out Marketing within your local area – with support and direction from our Business Development team to Encourage business growth

Essential criteria
- Must be 18 years old to complete relevant qualification
- Driving essential
- Should be confident to talk to parents and children
- Excellent intuition
- Happy to sing, play and command a group of children and parents
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £20.00-£24.00 per hour
