The Role:
We are looking for two passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team, The role will be working in the following rooms:
Babies aged 6weeks-18months
Preschool aged 2.5years - 5years
You may also be required to support other rooms when needed, helping to provide continuity and care across the setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences for children
- Support children’s development in all areas, including social, emotional, physical, and cognitive
- Observe, record, and assess children’s progress
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for children
Requirements:
- Relevant childcare qualifications (Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Experience working with children
- A passion for early years education and child development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to support in other age groups when required
