D2 Facilities is a specialist drainage, pump and environmental services contractor providing planned and reactive maintenance to commercial, industrial and public sector clients.
Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Jet-Vac Operator to join our growing team. If you're hardworking, safety-conscious and take pride in delivering high-quality work, we'd like to hear from you.
The Role
You'll be responsible for operating specialist jet-vac equipment to carry out drainage maintenance and emergency response works across a wide range of commercial sites. You'll work independently and alongside other engineers to deliver safe, efficient and professional services.
Main Responsibilities
- Operate jet-vac and high-pressure water jetting equipment.
- Carry out planned and reactive drainage maintenance.
- Clean gullies, catch pits, interceptors and pump stations.
- Remove silt, debris and blockages from drainage systems.
- Support CCTV drainage investigations where required.
- Assist with confined space operations (training provided where necessary).
- Complete digital job reports and customer documentation.
- Perform daily vehicle and equipment safety checks.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining the highest health and safety standards.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience operating jet-vac or drainage equipment.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Good knowledge of commercial drainage systems.
- Experience with vacuum tankers or combination units. (Revive Preferred)
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including early start, night, weekend and working away when required.
- Willingness to participate in the on-call rota.
Desirable
- High Pressure Water Jetting qualification.
- Confined Space (Medium or High Risk).
- CSCS Card.
- First Aid at Work.
- Street Works (NRSWA).
- CCTV drainage experience.

Working Hours
- 45-hour working week.
- Monday to Friday.
- Regular overtime available.
