We currently have an opportunity for a person to join our busy Human Resources Department as Full Time Human Resources Advisor.
The aim of the post is to assist the Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Advisor with the effective day to day running of the HR department.
This is a generalist role, however, the role will predominantly require the effective management of employee relations matters in accordance with the Consortium’s policy framework and employment legislation. In particular, absence management and disciplinary procedures.

For this role you will receive a starting salary of £30,354.31 pro rata per annum.
The successful candidate will have a CIPD qualification, minimum Level 5.
They will have worked in a generalist role within a busy HR Department, with the ability to effectively manage their own work load, and have extensive and recent experience of absence management and disciplinary procedures.
In addition, they will have sound knowledge of employment law and it's practical application in the workplace.

You will be required to work 37 hours each week, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. (as agreed), Monday to Friday.
