Waiting & Bar Staff

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable Waiting & Bar Staff to join the team at The Atrium – a stylish, best-of-Scottish restaurant in the heart of Aberdeen.

The Restaurant

The Role
As part of our front of house team, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding service to every guest.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering warm, professional customer service
- Greeting guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Serving food, wines, cocktails and other beverages
- Preparing hot and cold drinks
- Processing payments and handling tills
- Working closely with the kitchen and management team
- Preparing the restaurant for service and maintaining excellent cleanliness standards
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people
- Provides excellent customer service
- Works well as part of a team
- Is organised, reliable and attentive to detail
- Is confident learning menus and upselling food and drinks
- Maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
