Operational Control Centre Coordinator
What You'll Be Doing
As an Operational Coordinator, you will:
Help manage international moves from the point they are booked through to completion.
Monitor the progress of jobs to make sure they stay on track and meet agreed timelines.
Work as part of a team providing support across a 24-hour operation.
Spot potential problems or delays and help find solutions to keep services running smoothly.
Keep customers, colleagues, and clients informed of any updates, changes, or delays.
Receive and prioritise requests for removals and relocation services.
Check information is accurate and complete, contacting customers where details are missing.
Create, update, and maintain records using company systems.
Ensure any changes or cancellations are passed to the right teams quickly.
Keep information up to date so everyone has access to the latest job status.
Be the first point of contact for customer questions and help resolve issues where possible.
Use vehicle tracking systems to monitor journeys and movements.
Report any incidents or concerns to management promptly.
Work closely with colleagues across different teams to ensure customers receive a smooth and reliable service.
