We are looking for Support Workers, Senior Support Workers and Team Leaders to join our team in the SP1 Salisbury area.
What we offer:
- Competitive salary of £35,397.50 - £38,810 per year (including sleep-ins)
- £60 per sleep-in (approximately £6,960 per year)
- Average 43.75 hours per week, working just 7 shifts (10am-midnight | sleep in | 7am-10.30am) across a 3-week rolling rota, giving you plenty of time away from work. (Week 1: Mon, Wed, Sat Week 2: Tue, Fri, Sun Week 3: Thurs)

Requirements:
- Full UK manual driving licence is preferred
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- An Enhanced DBS check (completed as part of our safer recruitment process).
- Hold, or be willing to complete, the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
- Previous experience working with children, or in a care role, is desirable but not essential—we provide excellent training for the right person.
