You will own the build and maintenance of Windows images, driver packs, BIOS configurations, and firmware, ensuring consistency across multiple hardware platforms.
You will also play a key role in product validation, benchmarking, and resolving complex technical issues both before production and through post-sales escalation.
This is not a traditional service desk or infrastructure support role. It is a hands‑on engineering role focused on Windows imaging, driver management, and hardware platform validation to ensure systems are production‑ready.

- Manage driver packs and driver integration across multiple desktop and laptop platforms
- Configure, test, and validate BIOS settings and firmware for production readiness
- Carry out product validation and benchmarking to ensure systems meet quality and performance standards
- Support new product introduction, ensuring systems are ready for manufacturing and deployment at scale
- Investigate and resolve complex hardware/software issues, identifying root causes and implementing fixes
- Work with suppliers and OEM partners to escalate and resolve firmware, driver, or hardware issues
- Improve internal processes across imaging, deployment, product setup, validation, and firmware management
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, including build processes, driver packs, and support guides
- Handle internal product support tickets and support internal teams with technical validation, product capability queries and pre-sales assistance
- Maintain the driver and support portal with current drivers, firmware, and documentation
