Pay: Pay: £2,000.00-£2,500.00 per month

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role involves handling all labour and call-outs for 18 properties in Liverpool.
Responsibilities:
✔ General property maintenance and repairs
✔ Responding to tenant maintenance requests
✔ Handling call-outs as needed
✔ Ensuring properties are well-maintained and in good condition
Requirements:
✅ Experience in property maintenance or handyman work
✅ Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
✅ Must provide a reference
Schedule:
- Flexible hours based on maintenance needs
- Weekday and weekend availability required
