We're looking for a skilled operative to join our team of structural waterproofers and ground gas membrane installers.

We don't expect you to be 'untrained' for long, so there is lots of potential for you to advance in the company.
We work all over the country, mainly in the north east (Newcastle and surrounding areas), Birmingham, Leeds and Sheffield. Working away is a key part of this job role.
The Job Role:
The role involves installing structural waterproofing membranes and ground gas membranes to new build structures, including new housing estates being built, commercial units such as leisure centres or new office or apartment blocks and much more. No specific industry experience is required as full training will be provided. However, labouring, groundwork or construction site work experience is required, and the candidate must hold a current CSCS card.
For the right candidate, there are also progression opportunities for NVQ qualifications and industry specific qualifications.
It can be physical work, and involves a lot of traveling and overnight stays. The amount of overnight stays vary, however being away up to 4 nights a week is likely.
We pay travel time, you also get an allowance for being away from home on top of your hourly rate and we don't expect you to share a room when you stay away.
Transport is provided and work is carried out in a team of two. Until fully trained, you will be paired with a lead operative who is fully qualified.
