About the Role
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Has a minimum of 2 years' experience working in an early years setting.
- Is reliable, flexible and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Has a genuine passion for outdoor learning and enjoys working in all seasons.
- Is committed to providing outstanding care and learning experiences for every child.
Essential Qualifications
You will hold, or be willing to obtain:
- Enhanced DBS Certificate registered with the DBS Update Service.
- Paediatric First Aid qualification.
- Safeguarding Children training.
- Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

- Is resourceful, creative and able to use their own initiative.
- Welcomes new ideas, reflects on their practice and is committed to continuous professional development.
- Believes every child and family should feel welcomed, respected and truly cherished.

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: From £18,500 (depending on experience and contracted hours)
Essential Requirements
- Level 2/3 Early Years qualification.
- Minimum 2 years' childcare experience.
- GCSEs (or equivalent).
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
