About the Role:
Cavan77 Hospitality and Events is looking for a Hospitality Operations Manager to join our Paisley team. You will oversee day to day hospitality operations, coordinate service teams and help ensure guest experience, venue standards and commercial performance remain consistent.
This role is suited to an experienced hospitality professional who can manage busy operations, support frontline teams and respond quickly when priorities change. You will work closely with events, food and beverage, facilities and commercial colleagues to keep services running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations:
Coordinate hospitality activities and make sure service areas are prepared, staffed and operating according to plan.
Team Coordination:
Organise daily team priorities, shift coverage and operational responsibilities across service areas.
Guest Experience:
Monitor service quality and help resolve guest concerns in a professional and practical manner.
Food and Beverage Operations:
Support the delivery of food and beverage services and ensure operational standards are maintained.
Event Support:
Coordinate hospitality requirements for private events, corporate functions and scheduled venue activities.
Stock Management:
Monitor key stock levels and work with purchasing colleagues to maintain appropriate supplies.
Supplier Coordination:
Communicate with approved suppliers and service providers regarding deliveries, equipment and operational requirements.
Quality Control:
Carry out routine checks to ensure service areas, equipment and guest facilities meet expected standards.
Health and Safety:
Support compliance with workplace safety, food hygiene and operational procedures.
Performance Monitoring:
Review operational results, service issues and recurring problems and recommend practical improvements.
Cost Awareness:
Monitor staffing, purchasing and operational costs and identify areas where efficiency can be improved.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records covering incidents, service performance, staffing and operational activity.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
Several years of experience in hospitality operations, restaurant management, venue operations, events or a related service environment.
Operational Knowledge:
Strong understanding of customer service, staffing, food and beverage operations and day to day venue management.
Leadership:
Ability to coordinate teams, set clear priorities and support colleagues during busy service periods.
Commercial Awareness:
Good understanding of how staffing, stock, service quality and customer experience affect business performance.
Problem Solving:
Ability to respond calmly to operational issues and implement practical solutions.
Organisation:
Ability to manage several priorities, maintain accurate records and keep operations on schedule.
Communication:
Strong spoken and written English with the confidence to communicate with guests, colleagues, suppliers and external partners.
Attention to Detail:
Ability to monitor service standards, stock levels, staffing requirements and operational procedures carefully.
Mindset:
You are organised, dependable and guest focused. You take ownership of operational issues, communicate clearly and look for practical ways to improve service quality and efficiency.
Pay: £4,000.00-£4,800.00 per month
