We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing international quick service restaurant brand for an experienced General Manager to lead one of its flagship London locations.

The Role
As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant. You'll lead, coach and develop your management team, drive commercial performance, maintain exceptional standards and create a culture that delivers an outstanding guest experience.
Key responsibilities include:

- Managing labour, costs and operational KPIs

What we're looking for
- Proven General Manager experience within QSR, fast casual or high-volume hospitality.
- Strong leadership and people development skills.
- Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Hands on leadership style with high standards and strong attention to detail.
- Ambition to grow within a rapidly expanding business.
