Overview
We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our workshop team. The successful candidate will be responsible spraying, finishing all of our handmade furniture , ensuring high-quality standards and a professional finish.
Duties
- Prepare and Spray furniture with Sayerlack water bourne lacquer
- Be able to use stains and oils
- Organise the work load in the spray booth
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience in Spraying and finishing furniture.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Physical fitness to perform manual labour over extended periods
- Relevant certifications or licences are advantageous but not essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the workshop enviroment
- This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking a hands-on position where craftsmanship and attention to detail are valued. All positions are paid accordingly.
Pay: £24,420.00-£38,671.00 per year
