You’ll be comfortable working independently, building relationships with managers across our hotels and handling a variety of administrative tasks without needing constant direction.
Most importantly, you’ll understand that good HR administration sits behind a great employee experience and helps keep the business compliant and running smoothly.

- Assist with HR projects and data audits as required
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers, Heads of Department and the wider People Team
- Produce reports and employee data when required

- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience using HR systems is essential (the none negotiable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to build positive working relationships with managers across different locations

This role is ideal for someone looking to gain exposure to a wide range of people administration activities within an established hospitality business.
