We're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Mobile Reactive Engineer to join our growing team, delivering first-class property maintenance across London.
This is a varied, customer-facing role where no two days are the same. One morning you may be repairing doors, locks and kitchen units, followed by carrying out minor plumbing repairs, making good after maintenance works, replacing ironmongery, carrying out rubbish clearances, resolving snagging issues or undertaking general fabric repairs within occupied luxury apartments and communal areas.
We're looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years' experience in reactive property maintenance who has developed a broad range of practical skills and takes genuine pride in producing high-quality work. You'll have a strong background in carpentry, be confident undertaking basic plumbing repairs and possess the versatility to tackle a wide variety of general building maintenance tasks to a professional standard.
Our clients expect exceptional service, so we're looking for someone who is as comfortable speaking with residents and property managers as they are using their tools. You'll be well presented, courteous, reliable and able to communicate clearly while working in some of London's most exclusive residential buildings.
This role requires someone who enjoys problem solving, can think on their feet and adapts quickly to changing priorities. You'll be trusted to work independently, diagnose issues, recommend practical solutions and complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the high standards for which Masterfix is known.
Whether you're repairing a damaged door, replacing a leaking tap, carrying out fabric repairs, clearing waste following remedial works or resolving the unexpected issues that arise in occupied properties, you'll approach every task with professionalism and attention to detail.
