Company Overview
Mainline Menswear is one of the biggest names in men’s fashion in the UK, offering all the biggest brands. We ship orders to over 120 countries via seven custom-built territorial websites and an app. During the last twelve months, our market share dramatically increased in the UK, and the growth of the business is on an upward trajectory towards breaking a nine-figure turnover.
Overview
We believe a key contributor to our success is keeping as much control in-house as possible. You’ll be joining a team of passionate experts who combine best practice with marketing data to deliver the best possible customer experience. This is supported by a small selection of market-leading partners who provide specialist expertise where required.
In line with continued company growth, we are looking to recruit a talented Paid Media Executive to join our team. Working within the existing marketing team, you will support the Social Lead and Paid Media Manager, reporting into the Head of Marketing. You’ll be responsible for executing, optimising, and reporting on paid media campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue, with a heavy emphasis on paid social.
Working closely with both the Paid Media and Social teams, you’ll help scale our paid presence across multiple digital channels while ensuring our creative output aligns with commercial objectives. You’ll be a data-driven, analytical, and energetic individual, able to interpret performance metrics while keeping key audience trends and platform updates front of mind.
The role is based on the outskirts of Scarborough, close to the A64, Seamer train station and public transport, with free on-site parking. This is a full-time office-based role. Working hours are 9:00am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Campaign Execution: Set up, launch, and daily manage paid social campaigns across key platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
● Video & Search Advertising: Support the management of YouTube Ads campaigns to drive both brand awareness and consideration.
● Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Lead and Paid Media Manager to ensure paid campaigns complement organic social strategies and major brand moments.
● Creative Briefing & Optimisation: Collaborate with the creative team to brief, develop, and continuously test high-performing ad creatives (video, imagery, and copy) tailored to each specific platform.
● Performance Monitoring: Maintain daily checks on budgets, spend, and key performance indicators (ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPC) to ensure campaigns are pacing efficiently against targets.
● A/B Testing: Assist in building and executing a rigorous testing roadmap across audiences, creatives, placements, and landing pages to maximise efficiency.
● Data Analysis & Reporting: Use platform dashboards and Google Analytics 360 to pull data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for weekly and monthly marketing reports.
● Trend & Platform Awareness: Stay up to date with emerging ad formats, tracking updates (e.g., Pixel and Conversions API updates), and competitor paid strategies within the retail and fashion sectors.
Required Skills
You will be a motivated, numbers-driven individual who takes pride in accuracy and enjoys applying a high level of attention to detail. A strong interest in performance marketing, e-commerce, and data-driven decision-making is essential.
Ideally, you will have:
● Platform Experience: Hands-on experience navigating Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager (experience with Snapchat, Pinterest, or Google Ads/YouTube is highly advantageous).
● Analytical Mindset: A strong comfort level working with numbers and a solid understanding of core e-commerce metrics (ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROI).
● Data Tools: Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for organising data, creating pivot tables, and analysing campaign performance.

● Creative Understanding: A good eye for what makes an ad creative successful on social media, especially short-form video formats (Reels, TikToks).
● Organisation Skills: Excellent time management with the ability to juggle multiple budgets, platform schedules, and deadlines simultaneously.
● Experience: Previous experience in a dedicated Paid Media, Paid Social, or Digital Marketing role within an e-commerce environment is preferred, but hands-on platform knowledge is key.

● Data-Driven & Curious: A natural problem solver who loves digging into data to find out why a campaign performed the way it did.
● Passionate About Fashion & Culture: A genuine interest in menswear, retail trends, and digital subcultures.
● Agile & Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth e-commerce environment where commercial priorities can pivot quickly.
