Duties

- Take reservations and manage guest bookings efficiently
- Serve food and beverages in a courteous and timely manner
- Assist guests with their enquiries, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas
- Handle phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and hotel amenities as required
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality roles is highly desirable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanour
- Knowledge of good phone etiquette and professional communication standards

Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
