Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting surfaces and waste disposal
- Assist with light cooking tasks or food preparation when required, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally during interactions
- Conduct janitorial duties such as restocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is well-maintained
- Follow established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment to prevent accidents or contamination
- Support hotel or commercial cleaning operations by adhering to specific client instructions and schedules
Experience
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is highly preferred
- Experience working in hotel environments or with hospitality-related cleaning tasks is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Basic cooking skills or experience in food service environments is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members
