Location: Pleasley Vale Business Park – Office based
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm inclusive of a 30 minute break
Salary: £26,000 per annum plus uncapped commission, earning potentials of £32,000-£38,000 per annum
We’re looking for a confident and outgoing Telesales Executive to join our friendly office team.
You’ll contact businesses across the UK to promote our PAT testing and maintenance services, build relationships with potential customers and turn opportunities into bookings.
What you’ll be doing
- Making outbound calls to new customers
- Promoting our PAT testing and maintenance services
- Identifying customer needs and explaining how our services can help
- Generating leads, quotations and confirmed bookings
- Following up with prospective customers
- Maintaining accurate customer and call records
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
What we’re looking for
- A confident, friendly and outgoing personality
- Clear and professional communication skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Resilience—you won’t be afraid of rejection and can quickly pick yourself up and keep going
- Self-motivation and the drive to achieve results
- Good organisation and basic computer skills
- Previous telesales, customer service or business-to-business sales experience would be helpful, but training can be provided for the right person
