Due to continued growth, we’re looking for reliable, motivated Traffic Management Operatives to join our expanding team. Based in Dunfermline, Fife, we operate across Fife, Edinburgh, the Borders, Glasgow and the Central Belt, delivering safe, compliant, and professional services to keep Scotland's roads moving.
As a Traffic Management Operative, you’ll be involved in:
Installing, maintaining and removing temporary traffic management equipment including Temp Traffic Lights, Signs, Frames, Sandbags, Other essential equipment
Working on planned works and fault/emergency call-outs as part of an on-call rota
Ensuring the safety of road users, pedestrians, your team and representing Bright Light Traffic Management professionally on site
What We’re Looking For;
Valid LANTRA NHSS 12D qualifications
Full UK manual driving licence (maximum 6 points)
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, which may include evenings and weekends
Desirable:
Additional relevant qualifications (e.g. other NHSS units, CSCS card, etc.)
