About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Lounge Hosts to join our team at London Heathrow Airport. In this role, you will deliver high-quality hospitality to passengers, ensuring they enjoy a comfortable and welcoming lounge experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to lounge guests.
- Clear and prepare tables for dining.
- Maintain and replenish buffet items, explaining dishes and allergens to guests.
- Respond to passenger queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
- Uphold lounge service standards (full training provided).
- Support the cleaning team in lounge and back-of-house areas when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- A positive team player with attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexible availability – shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Ability to provide a full 5-year employment/education history for background checks (required for working at Heathrow Airport).
