Bench Hand Joiner – Back Shift

Monday to Friday | Start Time: 3:00pm | 8 Hour Shift

urbanpods are looking for a reliable and hardworking Bench Hand Joiner to join our growing manufacturing team on a back shift basis.
This is a hands-on role within our workshop, manufacturing high-quality timber frame structures and assisting with the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing timber frame structures and components
- Operating workshop tools and machinery safely
- Loading and unloading vans
- Assisting with stock control and material management
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working efficiently to meet production targets
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience in bench hand joinery or timber frame manufacturing
- Good practical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Forklift experience beneficial but not essential
