Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through their experience
- Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving dishes, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hall area, ensuring a safe and inviting space for all visitors
- Support food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures during food preparation and service
- Manage guest inquiries efficiently, resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food delivery and ensure timely service
- Monitor the venue’s operations, including managing flow of guests and assisting with event logistics as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of serving techniques and guest services principles
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations and food preparation practices
- Ability to perform basic math for handling transactions and order calculations
- Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food handling and preparation processes
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction
