Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead to oversee and coordinate clinical operations within a dynamic healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in senior and specialized care environments, demonstrating strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a compassionate approach to patient care. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing and care staff, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
- Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Coordinate comprehensive case management plans tailored to individual patient needs, including medication administration, dementia care, and Alzheimer's care.
- Support staff training and development in areas such as assisted living, hospice care, ICU procedures, and anatomy knowledge.
- Manage complex cases involving patients with disabilities or requiring specialized services such as laboratory testing or medical imaging.
- Ensure effective communication with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to promote coordinated care delivery.
- Monitor patient progress and implement improvements in clinical practices to enhance overall care quality.
- Promote a positive team environment through supervising experience and leadership that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.
Experience
- Proven background in assisted living facilities or nursing homes with demonstrated leadership in senior care settings.
- Extensive experience working with children, toddlers, or individuals with disabilities within healthcare environments.
- Prior management roles involving supervising multidisciplinary teams in home care or hospice settings.
- Hands-on experience with medication administration, laboratory procedures, medical imaging processes, and anatomy fundamentals.
- Familiarity with dementia care strategies including Alzheimer's disease management and behavioral support techniques.
- Strong case management skills for coordinating complex patient needs across various healthcare services.
- Knowledge of ICU protocols or specialized medical environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
