The Role
As a barber at Jazz Barbers, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality men’s haircuts and styling
- Skin fades, fades, taper fades and scissor cuts
- Beard trims and grooming
- Consulting with customers and understanding their requirements
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Providing excellent customer service
- Working efficiently during busy periods
- Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude
- Working positively as part of a team
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous professional barbering experience
- Strong cutting and fading skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- A professional and friendly attitude
- Reliability and good timekeeping
- The ability to work confidently in a busy barbershop
- High standards of cleanliness and presentation
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and consistently delivers a high standard of haircut.
