We’re hiring Back of House team members to keep the standard high at Mowchi.

What’s the role?
Back of House you’ll prepare ingredients and products with care so everything leaving the kitchen reflects our standards. You’ll make our key menu items including fries,bao buns and sandos,making sure every plate leaving the kitchen meets our standards.
You’ll be confident working with grills and fryers,managing prep and service efficiently and keeping the kitchen organised and safe at all times.
This role is hands on,fast-paced and essential to delivering the Mowchi experience.
What will I do?

Prepare and cook menu items including fries,bao buns and sandos

Operate grills and fryers safely and confidently

Follow recipes and portion controls to maintain consistency

Set up,maintain and close down clean,safe workstations
-
Manage food prep and ensure ingredients are ready for service

Monitor cooking times and quality during busy periods

Support Front of House to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time

Maintain high standards of food safety,hygiene and cleanliness

Follow all health & safety and operational procedures

Support stock rotation and minimise waste
