AC Installation Engineer
We are looking for an experienced AC Installation Supervisor to join our team and support the successful delivery of high-quality projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to client service.

Candidate can be based in Glasgow/Edinburgh/Leeds/Manchester but must be able to travel across the UK
What you’ll be doing

Installing air conditioning systems to a high standard, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance.

Reading and interpreting technical schematics and drawings to deliver accurate installations.

Working closely with colleagues and site teams to complete projects on time and to a high-quality standard.

Providing guidance and support to tradespeople and apprentices, helping to maintain strong standards across the team.

Taking ownership of projects and coordinating effectively with client teams.

Keeping accurate records of completed work, including service reports and inventory updates.
What we’re looking for
-
Strong air conditioning knowledge predominantly with Daikin / Mitsubishi Electric
-
Confidence reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings.

Proven experience installing equipment in a professional environment.

The ability to diagnose and resolve complex air conditioning issues effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.

Relevant qualifications or certifications.

At least five years’ previous experience within the industry.
Essential requirements:

Full clean driving licence.

Previous experience working within commercial projects / minimum 3 years qualified experience.
