Job Introduction
Are you organised, customer-focused and confident managing a variety of tasks in a busy environment? Join us as a Property Manager and play a key role in delivering an excellent housing management service for our student accommodation.
As the first point of contact for many residents, you'll provide advice, resolve queries and complaints, carry out property inspections, and work closely with contractors and colleagues to ensure our homes are safe, well managed and our customers receive a great service.
No two days are the same. You'll balance tenancy management, customer service, inspections, administration and accurate record keeping, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll also provide reception cover, so you'll enjoy speaking with people and be confident supporting customers face to face, over the telephone and by email.
Experience in housing or property management would be an advantage. We're also keen to hear from candidates with transferable skills gained in customer service, administration, hospitality or similar environments. If you're organised, resilient and enjoy helping people, we'll provide the training and support to build your housing knowledge.
An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
Please refer to the attached Role Profile for full responsibilities and deliverables.
