Due to continued growth, RS Anodising is seeking a motivated Trainee Anodising Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a hands-on career in manufacturing and aluminium finishing.
The successful candidate will receive full training while assisting with the preparation and processing of aluminium components. Duties will include jigging and racking parts, bead blasting where required, supporting the anodising process, and carrying out basic quality checks. Driving licence is required due to location.

Responsibilities
- Prepare aluminium components for anodising
- Jig and rack components safely and securely
- Carry out bead blasting of parts where required
- Assist with anodising, colouring, and sealing processes
- Load and unload parts from production lines
- Perform basic quality checks on finished components
- Follow all health and safety procedures when handling chemicals and equipment
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Support routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Work to daily production targets and deadlines
Experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a workshop environment preferred but not essential
- Experience using hand tools or working with machinery is beneficial
- Any previous bead blasting, metal finishing, or production line experience is an advantage
- On the job training will be provided for the right candidate
