We’re on the hunt for friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Front of House team members to join us here at Briarfields Hotel, Titchwell, an AA 4 Star hotel and 2 Rosette restaurant.
We have part-time and full-time roles available (16–40 hours per week), so whether you're after a few shifts or a full schedule, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serving drinks behind the bar
- Taking orders at tables with a smile
- Delivering delicious food to our guests
- Supporting general restaurant and hotel operations
- Helping create a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere for every guest
What to expect:
- A mix of shifts including evenings, weekends, and occasional late finishes (especially during functions and events)
- A fun, friendly, team-focused environment where everyone supports each other

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience is great—but not essential (we provide full training)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a team
