Castle Coaching Inn is looking for a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Housekeeper to join our friendly team.
The role is responsible for helping to ensure our guest bedrooms and public areas are cleaned and presented to a high standard, providing our guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay.
The Role
Your duties will include:
- Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms and bathrooms
- Changing bed linen and towels
- Dusting, vacuuming and cleaning floors
- Replenishing guest room toiletries and supplies
- Cleaning and maintaining public areas
- Ensuring rooms are presented to the required standard before guests arrive
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damaged items
- Following cleaning, hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Working as part of the wider hotel team to provide an excellent guest experience
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking and takes pride in their work
- Friendly and approachable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Well organised and able to work efficiently
- Comfortable working to deadlines, particularly on busy changeover days
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience would be an advantage, but full training can be provided for the right person
Hours
Part-time hours available, with shifts during the daytime.
Hours can be discussed at interview and will include weekends and bank holidays, depending on the needs of the business.
