Job Title: Manager
As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our team and operations. Your leadership will inspire and motivate team members while ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and implement effective strategies to enhance sales and productivity. What you’ll do
- Lead and supervise team members to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee orientation and training, ensuring the shift is ran to standard and in an organised manner
- Manage cashing up control processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient merchandising.
- Implement effective sales management strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Utilize retail math skills for pricing, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure exemplary customer service by training staff on best practices in communication and phone etiquette.
- Coordinate shift management to optimize staffing levels during peak hours.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in retail/leisure management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Outstanding customer service skills
Preferred qualifications
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
- Familiarity with grocery store operations or wireless sales is advantageous.
