The County Hotel, Chelmsford is looking to recruit enthusiastic and passionate individuals as Food & Beverage Assistant, to work in a part-time capacity, starting from September.
The Company
The hotel is a 4 star city centre 58 bedroom hotel, featuring the award-winning 1 AA Rosette Samphire Restaurant with busy conference and banqueting facilities in the heart of Chelmsford.
The Role
Provide guests with all service and assistance connected with their food and beverage experience at the hotel.
Delivering four star service to our guests within the bar, restaurant, conference & banqueting facilities, as well as for alfresco outdoor dining and room service.
Offering good levels of rapport in our restaurant and bar for breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
Having natural hospitality charm and a real passion for service.
The ability to communicate effectively with all members of the team and management and paying close attention to detail is imperative.
The shifts for the role will generally include 07:00-15:00, 08:00-15:00, 10:00-15:00, 10:00-18:00, 15:00-22:30 and 18:00-22:30, however alternative shifts may also be required for business needs.
Experience
A minimum of 1 years customer service experience and ideally 1 years hospitality experience preferred, however, full training will be provided, so we do welcome applicants who would be new to the industry.
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
