We are excited to announce the opening of a new restaurant and bar, and are seeking experienced and dynamic Supervisors to lead our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality, food, and beverage service to play a pivotal part in launching a vibrant new venue. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Duties

- Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor performance
- Handle customer enquiries or complaints promptly to uphold excellent service standards
- Assisting on all staff training and development
- Maintain cleanliness and organization to all areas
- Collaborate with management on menu planning, stock control, and promotional activities
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example
- Extensive restaurant experience including food preparation, cooking, serving, and barista skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and motivate staff members
- Previous experience in culinary roles or hotel environments is desirable but not essential
- A passion for hospitality combined with a professional attitude towards guest service
