We are looking for a night care assistant to join our growing team in an EMI residential care home.
Our mission is to make Homestead feel like home from home for all of our residents and to provide a high standard of person centred care.
The position includes but is not limited to:
All aspects of personal care, ensuring that the needs of our residents are met throughout the night and report any concerns to the senior in charge.
Light housekeeping duties.
Encouraging interaction and social activity.
Encouraging food and fluids throughout the night.
Shifts are allocated on a rota Basis, you will be required to work every other weekend. Shift times are 7pm - 7am.
Flexibility is essential for this role.
