You'll be speaking with customers who have already shown an interest in our services, building relationships, providing expert guidance, and helping them take the next step on their smile journey. What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking with prospective customers and following up on enquiries.
- Understanding customers' needs and recommending the right treatment options.
- Building trust and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Converting enquiries into bookings.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Keeping customer records up to date using our systems.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:
- Confident communicators with a positive attitude.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Motivated by targets and achieving results.
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Experienced in sales or customer service (preferred but not essential if you have the right attitude).
Working Hours
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 5:00pm–9:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am–5:00pm
Induction:
Your first two weeks will be a fully paid, full-time induction running Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.
From your third week onwards, you will move onto the part-time shift pattern outlined above.
