Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Parts Adviser to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting customer orders and enquiries to ensure smooth operations. Duties
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their needs, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
- Process orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
- Manage incoming stock, organise storage areas, and ensure parts are correctly labelled and easily accessible.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to track orders and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Keep the work environment clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven organisational skills with experience in inventory management or related roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience using MAM or other EPC preferable.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair is advantageous but not essential.
- Prior experience in a parts department is essential.

Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
