The Flatrock Group is looking for Food & Beverage Servers to join our team, working across our three Cardigan properties – The Black Lion Hotel, The Grosvenor and The Angel Hotel.
We’re looking for friendly, reliable and enthusiastic people to work across our restaurant and bar areas, helping us deliver great food, drink and service across all three venues.
About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Server, you’ll play a key part in creating a great experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and supporting the smooth running of service throughout each shift.
You’ll work closely with both the kitchen and bar teams to provide friendly, efficient and professional service.
What We’re Looking For
- Applicants aged 18+ due to bar service responsibilities
- Friendly, approachable and professional manner
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and able to work across our Cardigan properties
- Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided
