Established in 2023, The Bettermeant Group is looking for qualified senior residential support workers to join us. We currently have two homes which are currently graded Outstanding and Good with Ofsted. As we continue to grow this is an exciting time to be part of the TBG team!
We would welcome applications from existing residential support workers who are either qualified or nearing completion of their Level 4 in Residential Childcare.

Role:
The roles include daily home tasks, safeguarding of our young people, reporting & recording, attending meetings with a range of professionals and leading the shift team.
We have shift patterns of 2 on 4 off or 1 on 2 off and either waking nights or sleeping nights.
Requirements:
- Required: GCSE or equivalent English & Maths
- Required: Residential Childcare experience minimum of 2 years
- Required: Level 4 NVQ Children’s and Residential Workforce or equivalent
Successful applicants will only be given a formal offer once satisfactory DBS and references are received.
Annual Salary FTE: Circa £33,300 – £34,750
Pay: £14.00-£14.75 per hour
