About us
Diligent Cleaning, a leading office and commercial cleaning contractor serving Peterborough and surrounding areas, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our professional team.
We pride ourselves on delivering quality cleaning services to office contracts and high-volume new build housing developments.
About the Role
- Monday to Friday, averaging 30 - 35 hours per week.
- The role involves window cleaning using our state-of-the-art, pure-water cleaning system, fully integrated into a company window cleaning vehicle.
- Approximately 90% of the role involves working as part of our Construction Site Cleaning Team, ensuring pristine conditions for new build housing developments.
- The other 10% of the job involves taking good care of the office contracts that also required scheduled window cleaning.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality window cleaning for offices and new build properties, maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness.
- Work as part of the Construction Site Cleaning Team to deliver thorough cleaning services on new homes developments.
- Engage with clients professionally, demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ensure consistent reliability and an attention to detail in all tasks to uphold Diligent Cleaning’s reputation for excellence.
Essential Requirements:
- Full, clean driving licence (company vehicle provided).
- Minimum age of 25 years (due to vehicle insurance requirements).
- Strong team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliability and commitment to delivering consistently high-quality work.
- Keen attention to detail to meet our exacting standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in window cleaning or construction site cleaning is an advantage, though not essential as full training will be provided.
